Expedition Blue Falcon
A 14 night expedition has been created covering a variety of terrain, wildlife,
and community interest. The expedition will include :
The cadets will be challenged to a 3 day Duke of Edinburgh Award
37mile expedition where they will face new wildlife, nature , survival
techniques plants, miles and heights. They will orienteering themselves
but with specialist guides in the wings who are familiar with the
country and treks.
A joint cadet program where the Fulham cadets will meet their
counterparts in Sri lanka
A 3 day charitable project contributing to a developing community in need of
support following financial deprivation or Tsunami.
Bike riding through the hill and tea country stopping for picnics by waterfalls.
A wildlife jeep safari through Yal National Park, sighting all
wildlife and specifically elephants, leopards and bears.
A cultural trip to Kandy to see the great Temple of the Tooth and the famous
elephant orphanage.
